My wife Beth and I have had the good fortune of collaborating with Kristina McEathron on the recent purchase of our new home in the East Beach area of Norfolk. We realize and appreciate that it was a long sales cycle for her. Beth grew up in this area and wanted to return here after almost 35 years in California. It was going to take some time for her to convince me to make this permanent and cross country move, however. Kristina has been exceptionally patient and supportive of our needs throughout this entire process.
Kristina was readily flexible in often arranging showings in the form of 3 way video calls, a process which continued through the negotiation phase.
Kristina had us in her care at a very vulnerable time in our lives. Brutally uncomfortable for a pair who dedicate a lot of time and resources to having the majority of control over our lives. We always knew and trusted that she would have our backs.
It is not fully possible to express our gratitude to her for professionally, yet relentlessly advocating in our best interest until a contract was agreed upon. We don't feel Kristina's level of professionalism was returned in kind by her colleague representing the sellers. Kristina's patience balance was remarkable as she deftly diffused what felt like a confrontational negotiation that shouldn't have been. When it was required, however, she pushed back in a manner that yielded immediate and favorable results. Kristina remained involved as a shepherd to our loan docs through to the closing. I'm pretty sure that not all agents do that.
We sincerely feel that she represented and treated us in in a manner equivalent to how we believe she would treat her own parents. Yes, she really was that good!
We would be honored to provide reference for Kristina McEathron at any time should it serve her.
